Janiya Richardson, Class of 2026 | ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´

Janiya Richardson is a third-year computer science and engineering student from Tallahassee, Florida and in the dual degree engineering program pursuing her bachelor's degree in computer science at ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ and her bachelor's degree in computer engineering at Georgia Tech.

On campus, she serves as a member of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ programming team, Co-Captain of SpelBots, ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´’s chapter of the Society of Women Engineers, and AUC’s chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers. Upon graduation, she intends to pursue a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and develop new applications of artificial intelligence software and robots.
